leaky air conditioner

The pool area was quite lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner leaked, creating a slippery hazard which caused my child to slip and fall.

The grounds are stunning with beautifully restored ruins, creating a romantic ambiance. Each morning at 7:00, a Mayan guide takes guests birdwatching—an unforgettable experience! The food was delightful, especially the cochinita pibil.

The King Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed that made for a good night's sleep. Loved the vintage vibe—the rooms felt like a delightful step back in time. There was a separate building for the bathroom featuring a large tub with jungle views, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was decent but could be more effective. The minibar was stocked well, but TV options were limited. Still, the ambiance made up for any minor issues.
